The God Delusion is a Funny Book
In the following video Richard Dawkins expresses his opinions about The God Delusion, his retirement, his further wished to indoctrinate children and much, much more.
Richard Dawkins, being the linguistic opportunist that he is, refer to The God Delusion as a rather funny book and was actually intended to be a funny book, a humorous book.
Well, I could not agree more: it is funny that so many people read it and think that they are being introduced to facts. This is tantamount to people who read The Da Vinci Code and think that they are learning about history and Christianity.
Actually, I do not know if I would say that I find it funny; it is more a laugh or cry situation.
